The Pennsylvania Academy of the Fine Arts (PAFA) is looking to hire an instructor in History, Sociology, or a related field in the social sciences for its BFA program.
Possible fall courses include a new course, Topics in Culture, Race, and Ethnicity, as well as a one-semester introductory course on social science topics.
This is a part-time, adjunct position for the Fall 2019 semester with the possibility to renew.
Qualified applicants will have an MA (required); a PhD is preferred. A record of post-secondary teaching experience is also preferred, as well as a demonstrated ability to work with visual arts students.
