Description

Get paid to fight hunger!

Sharing Excess partners with grocery stores and restaurants to deliver excess food to hunger relief organizations throughout Philadelphia.

In the past 12 months, our team of student food rescue drivers have delivered more than 120,000 LBS of food to communities in need!

We pay between $10 and $20 per route, which consists of food "pickups" and a "drop-off" location at a hunger relief organization. Route times range, but are no longer than 2 hours maximum.

Here's how it works:
1. Drive to the food donor (grocery store or restaurant)
2. Ask an employee for "food donations"
3. Safely place the food in your car
4. Drive to the hunger relief organization
5. Weigh the food (scale provided) and submit it on our app

And that's it! You delivered meals for people in need, and even got paid for it.

We have routes available for every day of the week (even weekends). Pickup times are normally between 8-10am, but we can be flexible to work with your schedule. We also have "on-call" options for non-scheduled pickups which occur throughout the day.

Delivering food with Sharing Excess is a great way to help others, and make some extra money...we guarantee the good feels.

Sound like something you'd love to be a part of? Apply today and we will be in touch shortly!
