In the role of Enterprise Support Representative you will serve both as a contact for agents and insureds as well as an administrator of various essential back office insurance processes. This position will also assist in performing special requests, as needed. This position is an excellent entry into a professional career in insurance or other organizational operations roles.

Support Responsibilities may include:

Provide efficient and accurate customer service on all claims, underwriting and accounting related requests to insureds, agents and brokers
Process all customer needs, (i.e. address changes, basic policy questions, claims inquiries and new losses)
Handle billing and collection requests from agents, insureds, and other internal departments
Process payments for policy holders and agents
Process Responsibilities may include:

Agent and Producer setup and management within company Policy Administration and Billing Systems
Ability to fulfill a receptionist role
Various projects as assigned by supervisor/manager
Ensure compliance within property & casualty guidelines
Understanding of all payment flow processes


An Associate’s Degree is preferred
Insurance knowledge/experience is preferred but not required
Strong verbal and written communications skills
The ability to work accurately with detailed numerical information
Strong problem solving skills
Must be able to multi-task within a team environment
Required to handle phone calls and work on a PC for extended period of time
Proficient in MS Office Applications
The ability to work remotely as required via a personal computer and the company’s Virtual Private Network (VPN) software
