Order & Inventory Manager

The Order and Inventory Management Team is the liaison with the warehouse for all inventory and order issues. The team also works very closely with clients, the sales teams and the retailers to make certain that all concerns and questions are answered in a timely fashion. Additionally, the team works with clients and the warehouse on monthly and quarterly close. The representative will be responsible for assisting the Order Management Team with daily activities. Secondarily, this person will assist the team with filing claims as necessary with carriers or retailers.

Primary Responsibilities

• Provide backup for Order Management and Inventory Team
o Non-Invoiced Report
o Short Report
o Manage Walmart and Target Inventory Holds
o Extension requests
o Address Limited Lead Time Emails
• Work with clients to answer inventory, order, and invoice inquiries
• Analyze retailer report cards to identify areas for improvement
• C&S Wholesale Grocers portal entry
• Dollar General portal entry
• Research shortage and damage deductions and file claims with carriers or retailers


Capability Requirements – skills & experience

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Proficient in Excel – (Pivot Tables & Vlookup)
• Strong attention to detail
• Must have good communication and relationship management skills
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks, prioritize appropriately and make things happen in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
