Renati Solutions is looking for an ambitious Junior Marketing Associate to serve as a project manager and work on the expansion of our reach in the Philadelphia region. You will elevate how we engage clients by providing front line support and unparalleled customer service. The Junior Marketing Associate will conduct insightful research, identify media opportunities, and support demand generation activities to drive market growth. We work in a wide array of industries with clients to help them communicate with stakeholders, strategically expand in emerging markets, and develop their core brand. Communicate closely with clients to maximize customer satisfaction and retention
Support local engagement efforts by establishing and maintaining relationships with community organizations
Pro-actively seek new media opportunities
Lead community-related research and territory management
Provide both copywriting and copy editing support for press releases
Primary lead on CRM activities/operations
Manage new client implementation and on-boarding processes
Attend community events and give presentations as needed
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent (e.g., Associates degree with at least three to five years of experience) Communications, Public Relations, or Marketing/Advertising
1-2 years relevant communications, marketing, and/or public relations experience (recent graduates welcome to apply)
Agency experience is preferred but not required
Proficiency in Microsoft platform (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), G Suite platform (Google Docs, Sheets, Slides),
Experience with CRM systems
Enthusiastic self-starter with strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
Excellent written and verbal communication with strong proofreading proficiency
Prior experience working in a distributed team environment is a bonus
