Description

UMANA (Using mindfulness and arts as nonviolent alternatives), a program partner of the Urban Affairs Coalition, is looking for a Social Media Intern. The Social Media Intern has the ability to consistently and effectively communicate with members and the public through social media outlets. The job will be to create and manage the UMANA Facebook page, posting events/pics, create, curate, and manage the UMANA Instagram, and releasing press headlines and reports if pertinent.

Schedule is flexible and remote work is possible.

Requirements

-Current college student studying communications, sociology, public relations, or similar major.
-Must have familiarity with social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, and possibly Twitter.
