The purpose of this position is to attract an individual who is interested in Procurement, Contract Management and in developing business skills required to be effective in today’s business environment. In this position candidates will apply organizational and analytical skills in a diverse business environment. The Operations Manager for Procurement will supervise and coordinate your job responsibilities. Flexible scheduling for two days/15 hours weekly.

• Assist and support Procurement Services and RFP processes
• Assist with cost analysis and proposal evaluations
• Technician on Procurement Services ticket system
• Create and update tracking and monitoring spreadsheets
• Assist with account management
• Interact with program staff and vendors
• Other duties as assigned

• Must have completed sophomore year or above of undergraduate studies to be
• Experience in MS Office software suite with strong aptitude in MS Excel and MS
• High attention to detail and organizational aptitude
• Self-motivated and able to work independently

• Must be actively pursuing an undergraduate degree in Business Administration,
Procurement, Supply Chain, or similar degree
• Candidates must be enrolled in an accredited educational institution
