CubeSmart (NYSE: CUBE) is seeking to hire a Summer Video Production Intern to join its Marketing team at its Malvern, PA headquarters.
CubeSmart is a publicly traded real estate investment trust (REIT) focused on the development, acquisition, disposition, and management of self-storage facilities. CubeSmart is headquartered in Malvern, PA, a suburb of Philadelphia, and is one of the largest self-storage owners and operators in the United States, with more than 800 locations nationwide.
Self-storage is inherently an attractive business, characterized by a stable demand profile and attractive cash flow characteristics. Historically, self-storage has been the single best performing institutional real estate property type. The industry is widely fragmented, creating significant long-term growth opportunities for large operators, such as CubeSmart, that have significant scale and sophistication advantages over smaller operators, as well as broad access to capital to support continued industry consolidation.
Our growth is possible because of our 2,000 teammates across the country who work together to grow the company, serve our Customers, and deliver results through a culture of open communication and collaboration. We are excited to have you join our team and grow with us!
