Description

The Junior Account Executive is an integral part of the Wholesale sales team. He/she will assist Account Executive in identifying Wholesale Mortgage Brokers who have a need for New Penn Financial products and services. You will be the front line for New Penn Wholesale Products and making first contact to our prospective clients. The main goal is to set appointments for Senior Account Executives with brokers as well as coordinate selling presentations. This will assist in the signing of Wholesale Brokers as approved NPF clients. This is an excellent entry level opportunity for those who want to gain experience in the mortgage space. Strong performers will have the opportunity to grow with New Penn Financial.


Responsibilities:

This role requires a true "go-getter" attitude to aggressively contact- through outbound calls- prospective Wholesale Mortgage Brokers
The Junior Account Executive will have to engage and navigate through Broker’s Gate-keepers to effectively determine who the decision makers truly are
Once connected with a decision maker, the Junior Account Executive will deliver a carefully practiced sales pitch to inform the prospective client of all New Penn Financial’s Wholesale mortgage products and service advantages
He or She will then schedule the prospective Broker for appointments with Senior Wholesale Account Executives as well as coordinate selling presentations in hopes of winning them as an approved client
This will require maintaining and operating NPF CRM data records
Partner and coordinate with our Wholesale Marketing Team to make selling campaigns more effective
The Junior Account Executive will stay informed of developing trends in the mortgage industry
Attends/assists with scheduled meetings, training sessions and courses
Maintains compliance with the New Penn Financial Code of Conduct
Performs related duties as assigned by Wholesale Supervisor

Requirements

Education and Experience Requirements

Bachelor’s degree
Prefer mortgage industry or sales experience with key professional attributes
