Role Overview
The Creative Marketer is the brand steward. This person oversees all aspects of the company’s creative, with a main focus on detailed oversight and improvement of marketing campaigns, product development, merchandise/sales and overall company branding. The Creative Specialist should generate positive energy and serve as a role model & creative inspiration across the broader marketing team.

Responsibilities:
Help drive the Growth Team as the Creative Marketer, providing direction, structure and creative oversight to all aspects of the team
Delivering high quality creative in a fast paced environment
Managing multiple projects at once of varying size from concept through completion
Improve quality results by studying, evaluating, and re-designing processes; recommending changes to art, copy writing, and production departments.
Manage creative, ad, and landing page testing schedule to drive improved campaign results
Work with internal operations, merchandise, creative, and planning teams to maximize impact of sales and events
Work with product teams to ensure user experience is as frictionless as possible, and make recommendations to improve conversion rates at each step of the user flow
Collaborate with customer retention team to develop new retention programs that will drive improvements in lifetime engagement
Develop recommendations to reach new members through desktop and mobile campaigns, including creative, messaging strategy and social Invite systems
Face challenges with optimism and strive for innovation and excellence in everything you do
Lead and build our talented team of creatives. In particular, guide prioritization and help them to further develop their skillsets
Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
Enhance department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

Requirements

Photoshop, InDesign or other design skills are preferred
Must possess integrity, energy and creativity
Is driven and self-motivated
Can work under pressure and manage workloads effectively

Flexible, pragmatic yet able to make tough decisions when needed.
Manages people in a nurturing and supportive way
