Your Mission as a Sales Development Representative:
Your mission as an SDR is to support our sales team through lead qualification and customer discovery. You will be contacting inbound leads over the phone to confirm contract information, understand their business challenges, and onboard them to our Top Workplaces Recognition program. You will use your communication and negotiation skills to cultivate strong relationships with customers, from the first contact through discovery and qualification to hand-off to your Account Executive colleagues.
Accountability & Impact of Role:
Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities
Present our products and services to potential customers
Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) customers and Account Executives
Onboard clients to our Top Workplaces recognition program
