· Qualify candidates, review resumes and contact potential applicants based on client requirements. Determine and instruct next steps.
· Conduct phone screens, skills testing, in person interviews, reference checks and background screens as required by client.
· Demonstrate knowledge of our customer base and what their needs and requirements are in order to make solid decisions in the selection, hiring and on-boarding of new employees.
· Negotiate pay rates and salaries with candidates and clients.
· Utilize and update company’s applicant tracking system.
· Support recruiting process via a variety of integrated HR systems, reporting recruiting metrics
· Maintain and customize system database, fields, templates, reports and processes based on recruiters and hiring managers’ changing needs
· Post and manage job postings in the application tracking system and social media sites
· Schedule candidate interviews, facilitate onsite interviews; Support the hiring process
· Assist with on-boarding process, including running background checks, maintain and run New Hire reports
· Other Human Resources related projects and ad-hoc responsibilities
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint)

• Must be detail oriented and have the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment
• Staffing Industry experience a plus
• Applicant Tracking experience a plus
• Must demonstrate a positive attitude and enjoy working with others.
