Fulphil’s Changemaker Fellowship provides college students with opportunities to serve as an educational resource in their local communities around the globe to inspire high schoolers, youth groups, and young leaders to 1) pursue social impact/social entrepreneurship and 2) emphasize the importance of education and applying to college.

Changemaker Fellows are invited to participate in Fulphil’s intensive orientation training and ongoing professional development workshops through exclusive Impact Summits. We want our fellows to embody and espouse Fulphil’s core principles and values of impactful innovation and instill our vision within high school students. After connecting with their communities, Changemaker Fellows bring these high school students into the Fulphil family and network, which offers access to top professionals, leading research, and industry opportunities. Changemaker Fellows will receive ongoing professional development, practice their skills in the real world, join a network of passionate Fellows, gain access to career opportunities, and earn a stipend.

In addition, once high school students referred by our Changemakers complete our program, they will graduate to also become Junior Changemaker Fellows and be fully equipped to teach, motivate, and refer more of their high school peers to join our movement. As a Changemaker Fellow, you are building the capacity of tomorrow’s leaders to learn, do, and pay it forward. That’s what it means to #fulphil.

Become a Changemaker Fellow for Fulphil today, and be part of our impact movement. In addition, by becoming a Fellow, you’ll be able to gain our Fulphil-U Innovation Management Certificate.

We are now officially calling for applications for our fellowship to lead Fulphil-U at your university to help us in our mission to foster empowerment, innovation, and impact through influencing the next generation to lead Philadelphia.
