Description

Citrin Cooperman is seeking an Tax & Audit Intern in our Philadelphia office. We are a leading accounting, tax, and advisory services firm with 15 locations and over 1000 employees. The firm was founded in 1979 by Joel Cooperman and Niles Citrin and today is the 22nd largest accounting and consulting firm in the United States, and 4th among mid-Atlantic firms.

2 tax interns; 2 audit interns (Jan. - April 2020)

Responsibilities, but not limited to:
• Providing and organizing financial information
• Preparing account analysis and reconciliations
• Maintenance of accounting records
• Various administrative tasks, as needed

Requirements

Qualifications:
• Qualified candidates will be a junior or year prior to graduation (dependent on 4 or 5 year program) in an accounting program
• Have the flexibility to work a minimum of 20 hours each week
• Have the flexibility to work weekends as needed
• Have a minimum GPA of 3.0/4.0
• Have strong organizational, interpersonal and communication skills
• Be detail oriented
• Be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• This role is non-exempt
