Dorman Products, Inc. is seeking a Customer Experience Analyst (CXA). This is a critical role within our growing organization that will allow the incumbent to make an immediate impact. Reporting to the Customer Experience Manager, the Customer Experience Analyst (CXA) is accountable for the sales performance reporting and all aspects of customer reporting. The CXA will be essential to producing reports and presentations ensuring customer commitments and business goals are met.
Responsibilities and Duties/Essential Duties:
Support customer vision and holistic business solutions through reporting and analysis
Closely collaborate with CXM and Sales organization and other functional areas to support identifying, reporting and suggesting changes for the best customer experience
Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement across all functions that directly impacts customers
Drive performance through cross-company data and metrics
Develop reports and presentations that are relevant and results focused for the customer and Sales organization
Identify gaps in service levels to limit potential fine or penalty exposure

Planning, Execution & Time Management
Bachelors degree preferred
Up to 3 years of related experience with increasing responsibility in Customer Experience or similar field
Demonstrated success in managing sales operations. supply chain, and or customer experience function within a mid or large-sized organization in a B to B environment
Experience with large retailers and distributors a plus
Experience identifying necessary process improvements and leading projects to drive change
Strong analytic and quantitative skills; ability to determine trends and propose solutions
Proficient in MS Office; Business Objects and SAP experience preferred
